Escorted Tours Kenya Buffalo springs tour
Day 1: Arrival JKA
The Buffalo Springs tour begins with a Pick up from the airport thereafter, transfer to the Nairobi. Spend the first day in Africa relaxing at the Hotel, before overnight at the Norfolk Hotel.
Day 2: Samburu Reserve Kenya Safari
Breakfast, then drive north through the pineapple plantations in Thika to the cool highlands on the slope of Mount Kenya. Lunch at the Trout fishing farm and the community tree planting projects before continuing to Samburu Reserve, have an afternoon game viewing tour. Search for Gerenuks, Kudu, Oryx and other semi desert antelopes before driving to the exclusive Safari camp on the Ewaso Nyiro River. Overnight at Ashnil Tented Camp. BLD
Day 3 – 4: Samburu and Buffalo Springs tour
Breakfast at dawn then have a morning game viewing tour in the Samburu wildlife area. The Kenyan safari guide thereafter, escorts the tour, finding Reticulated giraffe and Grevy’s Zebra. See more of the Somali Ostrich, Beisa Oryx and the ever present Gerenuk. The remainder of the afternoon is spent relaxing by the pool then the evening for the entertainment. At a Samburu village, join the traditional dances and singing with locals. Meals and overnight at the Ashnil Tented Camp. BLD
Day 5: Samburu to Nairobi
Early breakfast Morning game viewing for the last time on our Samburu safari holiday to Kenya, before leaving Samburu. The easy return to Nairobi ends with a short stopover at the rift valley viewpoint to buy a souvenir or to stretch the legs before a transfer to the airport through Nairobi for the departure flight in the evening, end of services.
