Safari in Kenya tour, 8 Days Tsavo and Amboseli big Five tour
Day 1: Morning arrival for your Safari in Kenya and receive a briefing by your guide. This will be done at check in and later on escorted to your overnight accommodation at the Nairobi Serena Hotel. Meals are not included this day, but your hotel is on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2: Following an early morning breakfast, start the drive to the famous Tsavo West National park. This safari destination of Kenya, features the Man Eating Lions that feature in the movie,”The Lion and the Darkness”. We will arrive in time for lunch at our safari lodge and have the afternoon relaxing by the pool. Later, as the temperatures cool down, an afternoon safari to find the Lions starts with your guide in an open vehicle which allows for photography. The evening game drives also include seeing the many herds of African Elephants and many of the big five animals. Later, transfer to your accommodations for dinner and overnight at the overnight Kilaguni Lodge. BLD
Day 3 – 4: Kenya Safari Tour Africa
Morning breakfast and have the days spent on a game drive in the park viewing Elephants, Warthogs, Gazelle, and bird life of the Tsavo West National park. The alternative days feature a tour to the Mzima springs where crystal clear water supports wildlife and the Hippos swimming in very clear water. This area also supports a colony of ververt monkeys and Nile crocodile which feed on the fish, as well as the large flocks of noisy cormorants. Meals and overnight Kilaguni Lodge. BLD
Day 5: Amboseli National park Kenya
Morning breakfast at the Lodge then depart via the volcanic formations of Shetani. We would be driving closer to the Tanzania border and may on occasions have a glimpse of the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Spend the afternoon on a wildlife viewing safari in the Amboseli National park to find the Big Game of Kenya. You will have a chance of shooting pictures of Africa’s Wildlife, with the Mount Kilimanjaro dwarfing them in the background. Meals then overnight Amboseli Serena. BLD
Day 6 -7: Kenya Tour, Wildlife Adventure
Morning breakfast at the Amboseli Serena Lodge before the early mornings, then late evenings on the safari drives in the National park. Herds of African elephants are always encountered on the game drives, Lion prides may also be seen hunting for the impala or the occasional cape buffalo, Hyenas are also always seen following the Big Cats like the cheetah, as well as the Lions and it is also possible to spot the migrating wildebeest on these plains of the Amboseli. The hot days are compensated with a dip at the pool, or relaxing at the bar or simply enjoying your safari time at the spa. Meals then evening cultural entertainment at the Amboseli Serena. BLD
Day 08: Morning breakfast at the Lodge thereafter, drive back from your safari to Nairobi. Proceed to the airport for the departure flight. B
