Tanzania Wildlife Safari featuring Serengeti, Manyara,Ngorongoro and Tarangire, 5 days.
Day 1:
On arrival or with a pick up from your Hotel, The Tanzania Wildlife safari to Serengeti begins from Arusha Town in the early morning. Your Travelust African safaris guide thereafter, proceeds to the park in the early afternoon heading for the Lake Manyara National park. Arriving for an afternoon game viewing safari to search for Lions and the other big Five till late evening. Other wildlife includes: Lion, Olive Baboon, Hippo, Zebra and Giraffe. Flamingos, as well as Pelican and some of the birds that add color to your African tour. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Luxury Tented Camp at Lake Manyara.
Day 2:
Breakfast early before heading out in the direction of the Serengeti plains. Our safari of the Serengeti plains starts with an en route game drive seeing wildebeest, Elephant,Lion, Cheetah, Zebra and other Wildlife. The picnic lunches are served after the side trip to the Olduvai Gorge, then enroute to the Serengeti Game Reserve. This evening, when the sun sets, we will have a game drive featuring the migration routes on the Serengeti Plains. Return later for dinner and overnight at Sopa/Serena/Private Tented Camp in the Serengeti.
Day 3: Tanzania Wildlife Safari Ngorongoro
This day, you may opt for a Balloon safari on the Serengeti plains at an extra fee. In addition, follow the Great Migration, depending on the areas of concentration. Depart from the Serengeti before noon to start your safari to the Ngorongoro Crater. Have lunch then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for the afternoon Ngorongoro safari. The game filled crater boasts of millions of African Wildlife that reside in this Caldera. Return much later for dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro Sopa/Serena Lodge or other private accommodations.
Day 4:
Morning start from Ngorongoro and then transfer to the Tarangire National Park.
Arrive in time for Lunch at the Lodge in Tarangire. Relax by the pool in the afternoon sun before heading out on the safari in the Tarangire National Park. The guide will point out sightings of the rare wildlife as well as birds and plants. Return late in the evening at the lodge before dark.Meals and Dinner and overnight at your overnight accommodation in Tarangire.
Day 5:
Final safari day on the Tarangire plains with a morning safari in Tarangire. Morning game viewing in search of cheetah, Wildebeest and the ever present Zebra. Birds include the ashy and the superb starlings and then, the white-headed buffalo weaver. Later on, proceed to Arusha stopping along the way to take pictures of the scenery and the local tribesmen.
