Gorilla safari Uganda Rwanda, 8 days
Day one:
The gorilla safari Uganda Rwanda, starts with arrival at Entebbe Airport. Your gorilla trek safari guide then meets on arrival and transfers to the Hotel. Later, freshen up at the hotel before heading to the Ngamba Island where the chimpanzee caretakers will give a short briefing. The chimpanzees are viewed from a platform as they trek out of the forests to have supplements of fresh feeds. Then return speedboat to the mainland sails to the pier where your safari guide transfers to the overnight accommodations for overnight. Overnight at the Lake Victoria Hotel, D.

Day Two:
The next part of the safari sees us drive through the morning traffic out of Kampala. We transfer to Fort portal arriving for a typical African Buffet lunch. Later, the drive to our accommodations next to Kibale forest home to the chimpanzees which would act as our base for the chimpanzee trek. The Kibale forest hosts over 10 species of Primates including some of the smallest primates in the world. Meals and overnight at the Kibale Chimpanzee Guest House. Day Three:
Breakfast at the overnight accommodations then transfer to the briefing site at kanyanchu where the chimp trek briefing takes place. The chimpanzee trekking guides would then start a half day moderate walk through the forest following a family of chimpanzees. Chimpanzees usually make their nests in trees, but it is possible for the chimp trekkers to encounter the families on the ground. The chimp walk would end around noon and thereafter, the chimp trekking party would head back to the base for a picnic lunch and return to their accommodations for dinner and overnight at the Kibale Chimpanzee Guest House. TRANSIT TIME 3 HOURS
Day four:
This morning, we will have a morning swamp walk along the boardwalks following the forest margins. It is here that some of the chimpanzees, and other monkeys cross into the swamp to have access to water. This is a community project that also features some bird watching and Eco-tourism activities. The Kibale Chimp adventure ends when we set off for the gorilla trekking site of Bwindi. The 7 hour drive through the park may mean stopping along the way to see some wildlife, as well as taking part in game viewing of Elephants, Cape Buffalo and other wildlife. Day five: Gorilla Tracking in Uganda
The staff will be happy to offer a wake up call before breakfast. There after, you will have walking sticks to help on the gorilla trek in Bwindi. The guides begin the briefings from the park headquarters by 08:00am and the gorilla trek begins thereafter and will last from as little as 5 minutes to as long as a few hours. Gorilla trackers will spot the gorillas and the viewing usually lasts one hour before the end of the trekking activity. After lunch in the gorilla sanctuary, the main party then returns to base for meals and overnight at the Gorilla Resort Bwindi. Meal Plan – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day six:
Breakfast at your base before the gorilla safari Uganda Rwanda leading out to the second gorilla site in the Volcanoes of Rwanda. We would be traveling through o some magnificent mountain scenery at times having to slow down for nature. After a picnic lunch among the Ugandan villages, we cross the border into Rwanda and proceed to the Base of the Volcanoes where dinner would be served at the Mountain Gorilla view Lodge in Kinigi before the overnight here

Day seven: gorilla safari Uganda and Rwanda
The Rwanda gorilla safari starts early after breakfast. The trekking party would group the trackers based on ability and gorilla group preference. Thereafter, we begin the gorilla trek in the volcanoes gorilla park looking for the mountain gorilla family. The gorilla tour would last a few hours, while the watching takes another hour before returning for lunch, dinner and overnight at the Mountain Gorilla View Lodge in Kinigi.

Day eight: End of tour
After breakfast, the gorilla safari Uganda Rwanda eventually ends with a transfer to Kigali for the outward departure flight home.
