Freedom Lodge Arusha
Budget Arusha lodge in a quiet environment, offering cheap accommodation in the secluded area of Kiranyi. This property occupies a hill, the Ngateu which offers views of the nearby Arusha town and the environs. The hill in the past provided a lookout outpost for the Maasai nomads as they watched out for cattle raiders from neighboring areas.
The Lodge is based on cottages. Set out in a natural environment of trees and well maintained gardens overlooking the lovely swimming pool. Village walks from the lodge to the local communities are possible and can easily be booked directly at the lodge. The farming activities of the neighboring communities can be seen from the comfort of one’s
Lodge room.
The lodge currently operates a total on 16 chalets, rooming as either single or double/twin accommodation with hot running water in the showers and washrooms. The rooms are comfortable and offer guests a seating area fitted with couches, a reading table in the room, a TV set as well as intercom. A couple of cottages face the magnificent Mount Meru, while others offer views of the countryside with farmlands.
Meals are ordered as per the set menu and may be served in the beautiful gardens or at the dinning area.
The hotel offers a dip in their state of the art little swimming pool. This includes a kiddies splash area allowing for magnificent views of the area from the relaxing swim point.
The Meals at the Freedom lodge are grown on the own farm. Guaranteeing guests of fresh organic meals directly from the farm to the plate.
